Officer Jeff Smith

My name is Officer Jeff Smith. I am married with three children and five grandchildren.

After spending three years in the US Army, I joined the Ohio State Highway Patrol. After 25 years of service, I retired with the rank of Sergeant and title of Assistant Post Commander.

I have been working in armed security at Horry County Schools for seven years. I have been at Kingston Elementary for six  years.

Officer Dennis Cyphers

I am Officer Dennis Cyphers, a former member of the North Carolina State Highway Patrol and Wilmington Police Department. I have 20+ years in Law Enforcement. I have supervised and managed both private and public safety programs in schools. I have managed and supervised executive protection details for elected officials and dignitaries. I also delivered a baby on the side of the road. I have 2 sons and 2 step daughters and 8 grandchildren.
